"Married couple own the lodge. They are both very nice and helpful. They have four dogs. One dog bark's a lot. Bora Bora has lots of hungry stray homeless dogs. Perhaps they provided a home to some. Also, there are other houses next to the Lodge. People make noise. Need ear plugs. You need a car or scooter for transportation. "Don’t hesitate, book this place now. We weren’t sure since they had just opened a few days before we arrived and did not see any reviews yet. Yes, every room is an overwater bungalow ( not clear on their listing), for 1/3rd of the price of most bungalows in Bora Bora. Snorkel off your back deck. Helpful staff, awesome breakfast, they pick you up and drop you off in Vaitape where the ferry takes you to the airport.
