"The lobby was very pretty and the staff was kind. However, there was an odd smell throughout the entire hotel. The refrigerator in our room was broken and when I picked up the phone to call the front desk the phone was broken too. I went down to the lobby and they were very apologetic and nice and got us a different room. In the new room, the fridge and phone worked but the tub had a leaky faucet, there was a hair in it, and there was a large stain on the carpet. The AC unit turned on and off all night and it was very loud. In the morning we saw a couple spiders in the room. We alerted the front desk and the were very nice but our stay was not great…especially for it being one of the most expensive hotels in that area. Very disappointing. "

"There were multiple cigarette holes in our bedding, the bedding didn't seem clean and the bathroom had toothpaste spread on the wall. It was loud and smelled musty. "

"Breakfast menu was good and the food was excellent. The food area was amazing clean and the staff working the area was extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was clean fresh towels and the bed was clean and comfortable. Parking was available at all times and parking area was lit and clean."
