Bed appeared to have 2 bottom box springs to lay on making it difficult to sleep on.
When both the top and bottom mattresses both appear to have a board along the outside edge bottom, and you can feel spring underneath the sheet, that's not a mattress, that's a problem. I showed it to the manager on my way out and apparently the cover for the mattress had not been removed, replaced or cleaned in quite some time as it ripped from age, and lack of regular maintenence.
Room was reasonably clean, the metal chair was interesting in the shower to accommodate ADA requirement. Scraped my hand getting up off the toilet every time as the bathroom wall was in stucco not semigloss and the texture was very rough. And the grab bar was just far enough that the outside of my hand scraped every time I had to pull myself up off the toilet.
