I thought the accommodation offered good value for money. The studio was clean, kitchenette was well equipped, shower was good and loved the little balcony overlooking the pool - unfortunately closed for most of my stay due to a fault which was disappointing. The staff were friendly and helpful. The residence was about a 15 minute walk from the city centre and the station. Also only about 10 minutes from the bus to the airport at Place de L’Europe.

Shabby and unaccommodating

This was my 2nd stay. The property is shabby and run down. There are laundry facilities with broken machines, inoperative vending machines and a surly and unpleasant part-time reception staff who diminished the quality of this stay. I rebooked based upon a much better previous experience. The lock to my room door broke and I was forced to stay in all day and wait for someone to repair it. Reception refused to change my room and said "what do you expect me to do about it!!??". The property is in desperate need of renovation and a kinder, more pleasant reception staff. At least the maintenance man was nice and helpful! Montpellier is a lovely city but I will stay elsewhere next visit!

Logement correct pas très loin du centre mais les installations ne sont pas récente et la robinetterie n'est pas en bon état. L'entrée du parking est sécurisée par un portail mais il n'y a pas de caméra de surveillance du coup ma voiture a été complètement éraflée par un autre usagé dans scrupule.

Acceuil déplorable

Manque de communication sur les heures de permanence de l'accueil, et avec les codes données rien de disponible dans le coffre, du coup une personne pas tres aimable a l'accueil nous dit a mais pas avant 15h30 sauf que désolé sur le mail il est bien marquer a partir de 15h et sinon tout sera disponible, dans le coffre a côté de l'accueil. Nous avons quand meme reçu notre location, mais malheureusement je déplore les horaires d'arrivées, si nous n'avons pas eu les clefs a ce moment je me demande quand nous les aurions eu, car impossible de rester nous etions attendu pour 15h30, et de retour vers 20h le soir alors que la reception ferme à 19h. Il faudrait revoir la facon de faire pour l'accueil ou les permanence. Je suis désolé mais seul fois ou jaurai mis les peids dans cette établissement

Nous avons fait une escale d une nuit pour visiter Montpellier en rentrant de canet en roussillon, l emplacement idéal à 900 m de la place de la Comédie, au calme, nous avons profité de la piscine dès notre arrivée pour âpres partir au centre et visiter

Pour quelques jours, la chambre réservée a suffit. Le fait que ce soit un appart hôtel c'est bien. Pouvoir profiter d'un balcon avec un magnifique temps était plaisant. Points négatifs: pas de prises proche du lit. Et literie très inconfortable. Canapé lit à revoir. Sinon bien, personnel agréable et possibilité de faire des activités comme piscine ou fitness.

L'aménagement intérieur de l'appartement était excellent. Les placards sont aussi un bel équipement. Mais la douche et la cuisine sont un peu étroites pour les grandes personnes. Bonne aération de l'appartement et le balcon est un plus.

Residence agréable en plein coeur de Montpellier.

Appartement spacieux, grande terrasse literie confortable.. Le parking est un plus. Situation parfaite proche du centre-ville ( Place de la Comédie à 10 mn à pied). Par contre lors de notre séjour grosse chaleur et malheureusement une climatisation qui ne marchait pas.
