Please also note the apartment was advertised with 2 bathrooms - that is not true - the apartment has got 2 toilets but not 2 bathrooms - there is only one shower. For 2 people it was nice and spacious with a living area, kitchen and toilet downstairs and a double bed, 2 single beds and a bathroom upstairs. The location was perfect...

However, it's something what anyone with healthy legs and back can do. Instructions to get inside the building were clear and simple. There is a fans on the bedroom roof . Apartment itself is nice, clean and recently furnished. If someone is afraid about noice coming inside from out, I would say it's nothing extraordinary comparing to similar cities...

« I hesitate to tell anyone about this place because then everyone will want to stay at this property. It was absolutely perfect in all respects. I have never stayed at a cleaner or well equipped property. I am missing not being there. Even on a rainy day it is a great place to be looking out over the roofs of Lucca and listening to the rain, sitting in the comfortable lounge and plotting our next outing There are stairs to climb so a note of caution to those with difficulties. »

« Accueil assez froid, très peu de contact avec les propriétaires et lorsque nous avions demandé du papier toilette, nous avons eu le droit à un grand coût de colère. Oui c'est une location mais les serviettes de toilettes et le papier hygiénique doivent être fourni non. Ma plus grande surprise, ce fut : une semaine avant notre arrivée dans ce logement Flavia, j'ai reçu un mail me demandant de payé 100 € pour les frais de ménage de fin de séjour. A payé avant notre arrivée... 100 € c'est abusé...

"Notre chambre, bien que désuète était confortable, avec une bonne literie large, calme, propre et munie d’une salle de bain, telle qu’on est en droit d’attendre. TOP. Nous étions situé dans le village (ce n’est pas le cas de toutes les chambres) . L’excellent petit déjeuner et l’accès à la grande piscine se fait dans une annexe proche du château à 300 mètre du village. Ça se fait à pieds où vous pouvez solliciter un service de navette autant que vous voulez. Les prestations générales sont franchement très correctes. Il y a beaucoup de place ce qui fait que on peut trouver le calme dans le grand jardin proche de la piscine. Les moins : il n’y a rien aux alentours, du coup on est un peu dans l’écosystème un peu cher de l’établissement. À part quelques restaurants dont certains sont à bannir et d’autres à recommander, ça manque de vie. La propreté du village laisse à désirer, surtout les abords des 300 mètres à faire, lesquels sont pleins de détritus. dommage !"
