Property manager quick to respond. But the house was so dirty. Leftovers in fridge. Toothpaste all over sink. Hair everywhere. Toilet in half bath wouldn't flush. It was almost as if we arrived unexpectedly. Alex, however, was quick to respond when i contacted him with concerns. He offered to send a cleaner and plumber out to remedy the situation, but time constraints wouldn't allow. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
