From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and comfortable. The rooms were clean, spacious, and perfect for our family. What really made our stay memorable was the pool, the kids had so much fun! They didn’t want to leave and kept asking to go back again and again. It was clean, well-maintained, and a great place for families to relax and enjoy. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for families, especially if your kids love swimming!" There was no way to get to the hotel and the road was closed. When we booked the hotel it was non-refundable, however I thought because it was out of our control that we would attempt to cancel it without charges. Expedia even tried to cancel it on our behalf, however the hotel denied it. I will never stay there, and would strongly urge others not to stay there either.
