"We usually stay here for a week over Christmas every year. To be honest, the spa facilities and the hotel itself are not bad at all however we have had a few issues over recent stays. Namely a billing issue between the hotel and Expedia itself which took an entire afternoon of our visit to resolve. I would recommend that the newer side of the hotel is the nicer one for rooms. "Great place to stay. Away from everything by about 30 minutes. Nice play area and indoor soccer court for the kids. 4 stars because they didnt give us the room we purchased. We ended up getting it fixed but had issues upon arrival. Food and drink was expensive but because its so far from everything, you have no other option. "
