The home features a main 9-bedroom home with multiple living areas along with a private large SALT WATER HEATED POOL and Hot Springs 8-person HOT TUB. The home comes fully loaded with a large pool deck veranda overlooking the lake along with a GAS FIRE PIT, LARGE PRIVATE COVERED DOCK and luxury living with a spacious, open vaulted floor plan with large covered decks and windows overlooking the lakefront providing abundant natural light and views. Ready to handle any size vacation, featuring 9 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, with easy lake and road access to many restaurants, wineries, marinas, state park hiking trails, kids activities, parks, etc, all within a few miles of the home. Ideal for large groups both indoor and out with huge covered decks and breathtaking panoramic lake views. Please note: We try and keep the heated pool open as long as possible but when temperatures get below 50 degrees, the pool is unable to maintain swimmable temperatures. The pool should be available for use through October and starting in April. We hope the large covered Hot Tub helps fill the gaps through Dec-Mar! The best place to enjoy life on the lake is outdoors and this home comes with multiple areas to enjoy! Including a large covered outdoor veranda on the main level with stone fireplace, LED TV, large dining table and adirondacks to take in the amazing wide views, enjoy morning coffee, gather for meals or share memorable gatherings all throughout the day. The lower level game room opens to a lower covered patio with 8-person Hot Springs hot tub, LED TV and bar seating overlooking the lake and your private dock. A second indoor/outdoor living area with large glass garage door leads out to a pool veranda overlooking the main lake with oversized private dock for swimming and boat parking. The dock features a covered dining area, covered boat slip and upper party deck! Fully furnished with Comcast high speed WiFi, 5 large LED TVs with Xfinity cable and lots of room for family/friends on each of it's three floors and outdoor spaces. We have visited SML for 5 years during October, but due to our previous rental being sold, we had to find another place to stay. Luckily, we found Firefly Estate. The house was amazing and looked and smelled brand new. Exceptionally clean. We were amazed to see the number of bedrooms and private bathrooms throughout. The kitchen was beyond fully stocked - we like to cook and had no problem finding kitchen tools during our stay. If you prefer to go out, you are so close to restaurants and local stores you can eat out and be home in just a few minutes without the long and twisty drive like other places. The house has a fantastic saltwater heated pool. Even in October with the chilly nights, the water was warm and refreshing during the mild days and cool nights. For those of us who wanted something warmer, the new & large hot tub was available. The house also has a great dock allowing you to park a boat under a covered area with electricity nearby. We caught many stripers and nice bass during our stay. The house is in a cove with approximately 4 other rentals. During our stay we saw a few other guests, but with the layout of the area we had plenty of privacy and did not feel like others were piled on top of us. Most importantly, the host was amazing! Easy to chat with and offering staff support throughout our stay. Though we rarely needed anything due to the perfect home. :-). Highly recommend! ##### Mike K. The weather cooperated and we were able to enjoy the awesome pool and spend most of our time outside. Everything was just as stated in the listing. The kitchen was well stocked We would definitely stay here again. The only issue we had was at the dock. The lake was lower than normal which made the dock very high above the water. It was difficult for us to get in & out of the kayaks and boat. We noticed other properties had floating docks which would have made it a little easier. The house is huge and very clean. We swam in the pool and the lake every day. Enjoyed the paddle board and kayak. Played lots of ping pong, grilled many dinners, enjoyed a outside fire, played games and ate together on the large dining table, appreciated the AC and fans in the house while it was 90 outside; had great communication with the host and our needs/requests were accomodated quickly.
