Elegant & Comfortable! Main level has a great room - beautiful kitchen with upgraded appliances (including gas cooktop) and quartz countertops (please be sure to cleanup any spills!). Living room has SmartTV. Expansive windows & vaulted ceiling allow for lots of natural light. Spacious deck looks out to the lake and offers outdoor furniture and a gas grill. 2 master suites are also located on the main level - one on either side of the house. Upper level offers game room, complete with pool table & shuffleboard table. There also a nice seating area with TV, perfect for kids & teens! 2 additional bedrooms and a bathroom on the upper level. Lakeside lawn has a newly installed, built-in fire-pit and gentle slope to the dock. Dock offers outdoor furniture (including loungers & dining table w/seating, SmartTV, floating dock for boat tie-up, electricity & lights. Lockable dockhouse with bar area, fridge & blender. 2 kayaks & 2 paddleboards available for use! Sorry, covered boat slip & hoist not available for tenant use. Located near channel marker C-5.
