This peaceful retreat offers 3 spacious bedrooms, each with its own beautifully renovated en-suite bathroom—perfect for families or groups seeking comfort and privacy. Soak in the breathtaking views from multiple levels of outdoor decks or unwind in the expansive screened-in porch, a guest favorite for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The home features a fully stocked kitchen, soft, comfortable linens, and lake towels ready for your adventures. Cool off with a refreshing swim right from the private boat dock. Feeling adventurous? Paddle out in our canoe or one of our kayaks—choose between a single or a double. Have your own boat? Bring it along! Or, for the ultimate lake day, ask us about renting our Pontoon Boat. Pet friendly and packed with charm—The Lake Escape is your ideal getaway. Boat Rental Available! 2022, 22 Foot Starcraft Pontoon Boat, 115HP Yamaha Motor Color chart-plotter with fish finder, depth sonar Seats 10 comfortably, Bimini top, stereo, lifejackets, lines, anchor Boat will be full of gas, parked in the covered dock in front of the home. $500 per day, 2 day minimum. That includes a tank of gas, you do not have to fill it back up!

Our lakehouse adventure was a soul refreshing vacation in a beautiful attention to detail environment. The home is cozy with lake front views throughout, a screened in porch, and each renovated room has its own spa like bathroom. We spent a lot of time at the private dock fishing and enjoying various kayaks and canoes. Thank you for a weekend full of new memories and a time relaxing as a family.

5 star all the way!!! Amazing, clean, updated and stocked with everything we could ask for. It was perfect for 2 families and in a nice and super friendly neighborhood. We brought our dogs with us and they loved fetching the ball from the shoreline and swimming as much as we loved swimming right off the dock. We also spent a lot of time on the screen porch starting with coffee in the morning, all our meals and cocktails, and games in the evening. Thank you for a memorable weekend; we will be back!

Perfect spot for us to enjoy time together on the water….. Beautiful home….well maintained and comfortable. Lots of outdoor opportunities in the screened in porch, multi deck locations and the covered pier . We would highly recommend this property if you are looking for a place to stay in Modoc.

Great Lake House! Wonderful views!

I rented this lake house for my father’s 92nd birthday. We had 7 adults from 28 years old to 92 years old. It was perfect! Wheelchair accessible through out the house. My father had a wonderful birthday! He thanked me all weekend. My nephew used the kayak and enjoyed exploring the lake. Our favourite place was the screened in porch and we stayed out there every day. Meals and playing cards. My father stayed in the back bedroom with his own bathroom and the excellent view of the lake. The bunk beds are for children and nobody slept in them. We slept on the comfy couches and my nephew slept on the porch couch. It was a fabulous weekend! Thank you for the lake house! 😀

Perfect Location

Our group really enjoyed our stay for Labor Day weekend! Perfect location close to boat ramp, fishing spots, and beach. Plenty of room on the dock for both our boats and ample parking in the driveway for boat trailers and cars. Very clean house with plenty of space, LOVED the screened in porch.

The place was awesome. Check-in was easy lake access, floating dock, park the boats. The only issue that I had was the keypad lock code seemed to time out, and we could not lock the door from the outside when we went into town
