"Cold rooms had to sleep with hoodie on because no heat in rooms. Thin walls hear neighbors conversations, and loud housekeepers yelling and laughing in hallway and in rooms. Then outside vacuum cleaners came in hotel being loud early Sunday morning couldn’t sleep in. A subpar breakfast and coffee, no complimentary water. Highly disappointed for the money I spent on a getaway weekend with my boyfriend."

"The room was big and clean. The bed was comfortable. The street noise was verging on loud and the outside accent lights shown right in the windows on the ground floor. Staff was friendly and nice. I would stay here again."

"The room suppose to be ADA room however it was very crowded with furnitures. I had a hard time to get to window to close window cover. At list a clear access to that would be wonderful or small size bed. Other than that the hotel and staff are wonderful. Thank you."
