"The breafast is awesome. The AC is great. There are 2 elevators for a 4 story Hotel which is perfect elevaroring. Only the number 1 car is in operation which causes long registration times (response to hallway call buttons) Plus the unit that does work has the Home Landing at the lobby instead of just on demand operation with last stop parking. Response time to up or down calls is improved when only one unit out of a duplex group is in running condition, instead of always returning to home landing with the door open. The other issue is there is a drain for most likely the ice machine drain on each floor that gets regularly cycled. The issue is that its at the rear entrance at the hanicap parking area. If someone is wearing open toed shoes or sandals and the large pvc drain purges while walking by or standing at the pipe they will not be happy to get a cold wet shocking soaking. A person in a wheelchair vould also be unhappy. The orher major issue with this property is the noise inside the room. I had a Northern exposure. This hotel is an island surrounded by Hyways 360° busy at 500am. Don't expect to sleep past 530am!.Ear plugs are highly recommend for a stay here. I forgot mine!"

"The room was okay. I liked the pillows. The fan is the bathroom was loud. The person at check in was okay, but startled me when I went to check on breakfast. There was nothing, but cereal. Communication was hindered by trying to understand the clerk's accent. "

"Secure parking right in front of your room. Newly updated rooms. No water in pool but the staff was excellent. Highly recommend. "

"The room was nice but the shade on the window was broken. Trash was everywhere outside, the receptacle was full for 2 days. The trash bin was full inside,also. I thought that maybe the property was short-staffed, but the front desk ladies were just sitting and talking when not checking someone in (instead of doing what needed to be done). There was a big event in Columbus, with a lot of people in from out of town and I hate to see Columbus shown in this light. It’s a lovely property, so it makes it disappointing that it’s not being taken care of."

"This resort is off the beaten path and provides a lovely country experience. There is a lake with a dock and gazabo where you can sit and enjoy the peaceful scene. The room we stayed in was "dated" but clean. There's a restaurant on the property which was ok but nothing special. (No other dining options within walking distance.) It was quiet and a nice change from the busy hotels near highways. The only real downside was the ducks - their poop was everywhere. "

"I loved our stay. My suite was amazing and comfortable. Although we we close to the elevator, you couldn’t hear people getting on and off. DEFINITELY a 10 out of 10 and DEFINITELY will stay again!"
