« The room wasn’t clean, there was literally 2 full body prints on the mirror.
We paid extra for the in room jacuzzi tub - it didn’t work - the dials or switches were broke off. The tub wouldn’t hold water unless you held the plug in with your hand.
The A/C was barely working and the room never got comfortable. There isn’t a working elevator and we were on the second floor trying to lug all of our stuff up a little stairway that dirty and slick.
The next morning someone had spilt...
