This Destin rental cottage is just the right fit. Rubico clay courts which host many tournaments and players of all levels - are only a few steps from the screened- in patio door. Imagine how good your game could be with cool iced-tea and a comfortable cottage just a minute from the court gate. Plus the very popular Silver Sands Factory Outlets are within a quarter of a mile’s distance away! This ideally located cottage features a fully stocked kitchen, laundry room and spacious bedrooms all swathed in eye-catching beach botanical patterns. Plus, staying at Hidden Dunes means lots of exciting amenities like a lighted basketball court, neighborhood pools, walking trails that meander through acres of fragrant magnolias past fountains and gazebos, and lily-pad clad lakes that sparkle in the sun. On top of all that, a beach tram will take you to and from Hidden Dunes deeded beach whenever you would like to enjoy the largest stretch of deeded beach access in Destin. Hidden Dunes offers six tennis courts with a Rubico Clay surface, which is the highest standard for clay tennis courts, and are maintained daily in order to provide the best playing conditions. Proper tennis attire is required to play and we encourage you to call ahead to schedule a match or take advantage of our clinics and private lessons. Please call to inquire about cost per session and equipment rental prices. Our friendly staff invites you to join for a game or two. 2 PARKING SPACES PROVIDED! We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays. We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25\. Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays. The rental was very clean and checkin and checkout were easy. Only complaint is that the rental was ready an hour before checkin, but were not able to have early access. This was our first visit. The white sand beaches were gorgeous and the water was so clear. The problems that we had with our room were minor and fixed quickly. The major problem that I had was the pool being down for 1.5 days. The sand was being changed out in the filter. Sorry for as much money as I spent on vacation that is not acceptable. The other problem that I had was the "tram" that was giving rides back and forth from the room to the beach only ran 1 day without any communication to that effect. Jun 21, 2018 #### June 2018 Stay Had a fantastic vacation here. Could not have asked for better accommodations and services. The free activities were awesome. Of course the only complaint is that it went by too quickly. The tennis courts were fantastic and great location but was unaware that it was a charge to use them. No where on the site did it say. House accommodations were excellent. Very clean. Some appliances were missing pieces. But overall really would come back and recommend to others! Thx ##### Billy T. Kids loved their own room and TV for movies at bed time, close to grocery store and shopping. The beach is not close as I anticipated from this unit. This unit was great for my family of 4\. It was clean, comfy and had all the amenities we needed! The kids especially loved the pass through window from the kitchen to the screened porch. They ate all their meals there. We loved the shady walks through the beautifully landscaped grounds with all the pools and hot tubs! It was quiet and relaxing. We all slept well. Oh, the beach umbrellas and chairs were extremely appreciated, too! We hope to return! ##### Jeanell W.
