The property is 2.6 miles from HarborWalk Village and 10 miles from SunQuest Cruises.

The St Martin Beachwalk community features many on-site amenities for your family's fun and entertainment. Spend the day at the community pool, soaking up the sun and playing in the cool water. You're just a quick stroll from deeded beach access, so you must go spend a day on the sugar-sand beach. No pets allowed.

The tv was spotty the whole time we were there and the walk to the beach kinda stunk, it would be nice to have a few parking spaces to be able to park closer! But over all we had a great time and everything was great!

We oved staying here! the kitchen was very well stocked for cooking- i highly recommend cooking in unit as wait times can be very long at restaurants during busy season. They also had a closet full of beach things off the balcony! check this closet before you buy anything- ice chest floaties, toys, umbrellas, you name it!I packed a pack and play for my baby but they also had one in unit as well as a highchair, and situp seat! beds were so cozy. Keep in mind the unit is on the third floor and there is no elevator and the beach access is walkable with no "closer" parking (we preferred this) We had 3 kids ages 4,6 and 1 as well adults and had plenty of room! Would stay here again for sure!

This was a great location to stay. Spacious interior and located in close proximity to many attractions such as the easy beach access. However, the only down side is that we didn’t get to enjoy the family room tv from some kind of update issues.

Love this condo

We loved this condo. Perfect location, communication was Great. My only issue was the washing machine. It was INCREDIBLY dirty with a terrible smell. A mildew ring had formed. Of course, this was not enough to make us have a terrible time. Just had to hold our nose when we opened it.

We really enjoyed our stay. Very clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of room for my family of 5. Walk to the beach wasn’t to bad and had a private entrance. Overall stay was great and would book again. Communication with host was fast and responsive.

Great for families!

I felt like the condo was actually nicer than the pictures. The private beach was really nice and well kept. It was walkable from the condo. Everything worked great and the condo was well stocked. I did appreciate about a week before they told you exactly how much toilet paper and paper towels would be in the unite, so you can plan ahead for groceries. The one thing I would note is that the unit is on the 3rd floor - there's no elevator - the stairs aren't bad, but you can't see the ocean from the unit. Overall it was great for our family!

Wonderful place - Will Stay Again!

The place was beautiful and very clean. Host communicated very well, directions and instructions were clear. Responded quickly. My husband and I met our Army daughter who is becoming a helicopter pilot at Fort Rucker and her boyfriend in Destin for a long weekend together and had a wonderful time. Condo was a perfect place to explore from and to relax in the evenings.
