We love it for the location, even though the walk to the beach is rather far. The moment we opened the door to our condo, strong cigarette fumes immediately hit us throughout the entire condo. It seemed very fresh so either it was the last tenant or the cleaning crew. It took 2 days for us not to notice the smell anymore. It even transferred to our clothes. The only other drawback we had was we went on vacation with another family who was unable to book in our complex but found one on Ariel Dunes I. Even though it's the same exact complex, we weren't allowed to go to the pool together which defeated the entire purpose of going on vacation with one another. I believe if you stay at ariel Dunes, you should have access too all amenities. This was our first time to ever be disappointed here. Also we booked through resort quest. When checking in I was told to download the app because there were coupons inside for different vendors. I tried using them at 3 different places and got the same exact response each time which was "We have no idea why that is on there because we never authorized them to do that".
