« Studio apartment across from the hotel Sundestin in the village at Baytown. You can barely see the bay from the patio. The location is great, the place was quiet. Great places to walk around and eat and sightsee. Everything is very expensive. A couple of things I would add to the listing for renters is 1. how to find the building once you’re in the parking garage since it is shared. Also, not to park in the numbered spots.2. That the laundry machines are coin operated and they are 1.50 each -...

« Easy check in, great communication prior and throughout, unit was very clean. We’ve stayed at The Summit several times but this was by far our favorite unit. Great ocean views and very well appointed. Bookmarking for our next trip! »

« Everything was great ! This unit looked like it was recently renovated and was beautifully decorated and was a very comfortable stay . The Baytown wharf property has restaurants and shops just steps away from the Condo which was nice. The host responded within minutes when I had a question which was comforting. I would give this unit more than five stars if possible! »
