Hotel can be easily accessed from the underground shopping area called the Unimall, from exit U8. Take the stairs up from the Unimall and you’ll see the hotel. Very convenient. Rooms are a bit tiny, especially the entrance area. Free water bottle daily. Room service every 4 days. Room echoes a little because of concrete walls.

We enjoyed our three nights stay. It is right in the center of the old town, you can walk everywhere. The staff in the hotel are super nice and helpful. We have three mornings Japanese breakfast, amazing experience!

The Hotel is great beautiful room is spacious if you go down second floor there’s a bridge that takes you to train station very convenient first floor has a convenient store and a drug store also really good only down side is that there’s no laundry room traveling with kids laundry can stack up nearest laundry is 15 minutes walking. Going legoland is easy the train right next to hotel takes you straight there Nagoya station is only 1 stop away overall not bad
