The non lobby, exterior doors which were supposed to be secured, weren’t so anybody could enter without a keycard. The room was clean comfortable with a nice firm bed. Hotel was conveniently located to everything you wanted to do. There were several issues with our room from lights burnt out to plug-ins not working. Elsewhere there were out of order signs. However, having said that, the room was clean, big and the beds comfortable. We booked a suite as we needed a full size fridge. Had to wait 45 minutes to get the room I reserved. Toilet lid had to be taken off so we could flush the toilet.
