Well furnished/equipped. Parking included is a major perk (located on the same floor as the unit and requires a lot of circling to get there and back). Not too much noise coming from other units. Just enough space for 2 people (any more may feel crowded). Opportunities: A lot of emails/texts from property company to keep track of.
