The City of Lights (aka Paris) might be first to come to mind for romantic weekend getaways, but we’re here to prove that the City of Lakes is just as special. There may not be an Eiffel Tower here, but there is the iconic Foshay Tower, and instead of the Seine River, we have the scenic Mississippi. And instead of tiny, old hotel rooms, we have this spacious, contemporary loft that’s ideal for two (but roomy enough for 4) in Minneapolis’ trendy North Loop neighborhood.

"Work from home" in comfort and style! This unit is equipped with a Hoek® Home desk. This desk is packed and stored flat, and out of the way upon arrival. It can be taken out and set up (no tools needed) in minutes if and when needed. The desk is just as sturdy as the one you're used to at the office! Works great as a dinner table, too!

--BED & BATH--
Drift off to dreamland in this one-bedroom loft apartment, which sleeps up to 4 guests:
• Bedroom: 1 cozy queen bed, separated from the living room with a divider for privacy
• Living room: 1 full size pull-out couch, large enough for an additional 1 guest3 to sleep on and a retro rocking chair

There’s plenty of closet space in the bedroom and contemporary artwork adds a pop of color and style to the suite. And our freshly laundered, high-quality bedding will make you want to sleep late the next morning!

The bathroom is located outside of the bedroom so it’s convenient for all of the guests, and it includes a large tile shower, toilet, and sink. We provide toiletries, towels, and a hair dryer so you can pack light and look fabulous.

--LIVING SPACE--
Enjoy hotel room-style novelty with all the comforts of home in the living area, where you can snuggle up on the cozy couch and enjoy a night in.

You’ll definitely want to plan at least one date night at a fabulous North Loop restaurant, but a night in is also a perfectly excellent option. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need to whip up your favorite dishes, including dishes, glasses, utensils, and cookware. Appliances include a refrigerator, freezer, electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker.

Creating a sophisticated vibe, the loft features tall ceilings, polished concrete floors, and large windows that let in lots of natural light.

--BUILDING AMENITIES--
Head up to the rooftop deck for panoramic views of the Minneapolis skyline, plenty of outdoor seating options, and BBQ stations where you can try your hand at grilling a Minnesotan classic, the Juicy Lucy.

On the first floor, you’ll find a swanky Member’s Lounge with a custom shuffleboard table.

*HOUSE RULES*
• All guests must be over the age of 25, unless part of a family unit. Verification may be required.
• All check-ins are contactless! To provide this service, we require a photo of yourself holding your ID to verify your identity, to be emailed or texted to our reservations department prior to check-in. No exceptions. (Please be aware that we do not have staff available to meet guests in person on site for this purpose.)
• Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require additional documentation.
• A Minnestay Rental Agreement must be signed prior to arrival. This will require that you provide us with your email address. Please inquire about the terms and conditions prior to booking. More info can be found on the Minnestay website, under Guest Services - Rental Policies.
• This is a 100% smoke-free property (tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, vape, etc). There is no smoking allowed on the balconies, rooftop patio, or within 25 feet of the building's entrances. Fees will be assessed for smoking in the building or unit.
• No events! This home is designed for families and responsible adults. Restrictions include, but are not limited to: Weddings and wedding celebrations, Bachelorette/bachelor gatherings, and reunions. This “no events” policy includes the common areas of the building.
• No pets are allowed at Sable. This includes both in the units as well as common areas of the building including the 9th Floor Rooftop deck and 1st Floor Member's Lounge. Certified Service Animals are welcome (does not include emotional support animals) and will need to be mentioned prior to booking.
• Consumable amenities provided by Minnestay are not refilled during stay.
• Quiet hours: 10PM-7AM, strictly enforced. Noise violations could result in a minimum fee of $150 per violation.
• This building is located in an urban, downtown area and you may experience construction and traffic noise during your stay. As such, refunds will not be provided for noise-related disturbances.
• There are security cameras located on site, in the common areas of the building.
• Loss of key fobs, and/or parking passes will incur a $250 fee per key/fob/pass.
• Fines up to $2000 per violation will be accessed to anyone found breaking these rules.
• Direct bookings or other online booking sources may be subject to a 3% cancellation fee.

Deviation from these rules can result in an eviction from the premises with no refund, as stated in the signed rental agreement.

Great views

Enjoyed the Christmas lights from the seventh floor. Need better lighting in the closet. A place to sit and eat ( breakfast) and more towel hooks in the bathroom. Clean and quiet! Easy access to the cities.

Great spot. Nice amenities and fabulous location.

Not sure the bed is actually a Queen size. Seemed more like a full. Other than that the room and location were perfect. Staff was responsive and helpful. The previous person didn’t return the key correctly and I was set up with a quick call.

Everything as listed, cute place, great location. While we were there the power kept cutting off (we had to keep switching the breaker back on). Eventually we ended up just leaving kitchen/living rooms lights off because breaker would cut out constantly. That was the only issue.

Wonderful!!

Wonderful place to stay! It’s close to so many restaurants and things to do. It’s nice to be able to cook a meal and relax since everything is provided (cooking pans, utensils, oil, salt pepper etc. ) the only downside this time was the construction next door, it started at 7:30 am and went on all day, a very loud experience. I’m sure the next time we come it will be done. Just would have liked a heads up as it was my birthday and wanted to be able to sleep in and relax. But overall had a great 2 days. Will be back for sure!

Great Home Base in MPS

This place was great as a home base for our New Year's Eve in Minneapolis. Within walking distance of many bars & restaurants & coffee shops (even in subzero temperatures). The parking spot in the garage was a huge perk. Very nice to be able to drive around town and come back without worrying about parking.

Needed guest space

Since my loft could not accommodate more people, my guests stayed here. It would have been better if roomier but all in all they enjoyed it. Small touches like Minnesota wool blanket were nice. Check in and loose instructions about where to drive in to enter garage and how to enter unit from the garage could have been better. Also the TV can only be seen from the bed. Unit was clean and had only a small shower when we hoped for a spa-like bath. Will likely book again since the extra bed and fold out sofa were handy enough.
