Great accommodations near restaurants and other shops as well as Summit Hill. Plenty of room, nice kitchen, comfortable bed and pillows, quiet location. Other building occupants were also quiet. The historic home was a special touch. Stacey was a great host with excellent, prompt response to our queries.

Stacey is a fabulous host--thoughtful, communicative, efficient, and welcoming. This was our second stay at her beautiful property, and she went out of her way to make sure we had what we needed and were comfortable, from strong AC to extra snacks and toiletries. Moreover, it's a cute spot and a great location--walking distance to interesting shops and excellent restaurants on Grand as well as beautiful historic homes along Summit. We hope to return again!

Super easy to reach our host with any questions. She had excellent recommendations for restaurants and shopping. So many good options nearby - Grand Ave. has lots of fine shops. Breadsmith and the cheese shop and the coffee shop by it were our favorites.Excellent sound insulation in the house. We really enjoyed the decor, especially the pictures. It was fun to find a few china items in the kitchen, which was well stocked with necessary items. Thanks for the treats, too!Highly recommend.
