"The hotel was very comfortable and clean, and the hosts were very friendly and polite. They accommodated our every need. There was a wonderful balcony and small garden, where we could enjoy Mount Fuji and relax while enjoying a cup of coffee. The room also had a separate washing machine with dryer, which saved us the trouble of having to go elsewhere for laundry. "We had an excellent stay. We were very kindly upgraded to a bigger room with an epic view of Mt Fuji. This was by far our favorite hotel in Japan. Yes, it’s a little older, but still very comfortable and well appointed. The onsen was wonderful. There is a washer/dryer near the onsens. The breakfast buffet was decent. It’s a bit of a trek to Lake Kawaguchiko, so Uber came in handy. Overall, we loved our stay here!"
