Our group had decided the rent cars which made getting around the area that much easier as well as the location of the villa having easy and accessible parking. It was an amazing experience, very clean rooms, well equipped. There was a leak in the upstairs toilet, but after a call to support, they very kindly shifted us to another room. The only negative was the check-in and check-out process. We never received the check-in information email, so didn’t have the code to enter the check-in area. We had to get our Japanese friend to call the check-in staff to provide the code. After we finally got into the check-in area, the check-in process was very long, having to enter everything in there. If there was better communication earlier, we could have provided this information earlier to ease with the check-in process.
