Ideally situated near the Milwaukee County Zoo, American Family Field (stadium), State Fair Park, and major area attractions, you will be steps away from great restaurants, shopping, and lovely local coffee shops! Additional features include central air, large windows that let the sun in, USB charging ports, and blackout curtains in the bedrooms.

Parking: One dedicated space for a small-to-medium car in the garage.

I want you to feel completely at home here. Fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and a blow dryer are all provided. This cozy home is perfect for traveling professionals, medical contracts. Thirty (30) day minimum stay.

THE OUTDOORS & STRICT PET POLICY
Up the street, you will find the Hank Aaron Trail (a 14-mile paved trail for walking, running, and biking). The property also features a private, fully fenced-in backyard shared with the upper unit.

NOTE: We warmly welcome well-behaved dogs, but due to the compact size of our furnished flat (under 800 sq ft), we strictly enforce a maximum weight limit of 50 lbs and do not accept heavy or double-coated shedding breeds. Dogs must be pre-approved, crated when left unattended, and kept completely off all furniture.

HOUSE RULES & QUIET HOURS
Because our home is often a destination for traveling professionals working at nearby hospitals and businesses, we strictly enforce the following:

Quiet Hours: Set from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Guests must keep noise levels low (no loud talking, music, or disruptive activities).

No Parties: Social gatherings or parties of any kind are strictly forbidden.
