"Dinah's Garden Hotel has beautiful, tranquil grounds that feel far from the bustle of Palo Alto. Check-in could be smoother, and restaurant service was slower than it should be, though the staff were friendly. Worth a stay for the setting alone."

"A nice, quiet, clean hotel and room close to the SJC airport. Our sons especially enjoyed the pool, and they have a nice, clean fitness gym that no-one else was using (at 5am in the morning). The breakfast was also great, with plenty of fresh, healthy food, fruits, and an assortment of other options. The staff were a little odd (believe a gentleman was wearing eye shadow), but we otherwise can’t complain. Thank you for the nice stay,"

"Clean and beautiful, nice location & convenient. There’s some adjustment needed to be done like bathroom sink faucet is loose and shower door didn’t close fully so water sprayed out. The description of the room said there’s microwave but there’s none. Kasa should provide one for each room I think will be very useful for the Kasa customers. Other than that everything is good. I enjoyed staying at Kasa. I’ve been here 3-4x the last month. I’ll recommend it to my friends!"
