« The house was nice and big and only 10-15 minutes from Lassen Volcanic NP. The property is cool with a river running in the back, and it’s very peaceful! Only thing I would ask for is updated pots and pans because they were all non-stick that wasn’t nonstick anymore so cooking was kind of a pain! But other than that, no complaints with this property! »

« This home was very clean and comfortable for our Redding visit. It's pet friendly and our dog found a nice cool area to plant herself. The home was very comfortable with everything we needed. We spent most of our time on the patio and by the pool. The back looks out to open area which is very nice. »

« What a wonderful and welcoming space to spend a week! We loved the location so close to Bethel and pretty much everything! Such easy access to shopping, restaurants and pretty much anything. « The property is amazing. The house is lovely. We love the view and panorama windows. The deck is amazing. The only problem, there is no central AC, While we arrived, there was 88 Degree inside of the house. The cooling system was not able to cool the house down for 24 hours. The first night was Difficult for us to sleep it was 84 during the night. Probably the best time to go to that area in the spring or fall. But property is amazing. »
