"Very friendly, attentive staff. The garden view suite was very large, beautifully decorated and furnished, however it had not been thoroughly dusted or vacuumed. We had to advise the front desk of a couple of maintenance matters in our bathroom and that we needed the heating turned on and these were promptly attended to. We were surprised that the hotel"

There was no one walking the floors to reduce the noise which I think in a city hotel is always useful when there are groups of people, so sleep quality wasn't good and made for a long night"
