The views were breathtaking! The water front was amazing! The rooms were a bit small but had everything we needed. Cute ambience and room.. parking was easy. Check in and out was super convenient. We walked to the city for dinner. Would stay here again.

Lovely hotel

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in Ireland. Clean, fresh rooms. Very tasty seafood in the restaurant both dinner and breakfast and good selection for gluten free and lactose intolerant. Dungloe is a sweet little town with good choice of shops. Lovely coastline and sunsets

Friendly welcome from reception and breakfast staff. Hotel was very noisy as I think there was a stag party or sporting event so we didnt sleep too well. Overall was a nice visit to a seaside resort in low season. Close to the beach.

Hotel and staff were lovely. Unfortunately following an event in the hotel, there was a party in an adjoining room and due to the noise it was impossible to sleep. We were unable to contact reception so we had to leave the hotel at 05.00 in the morning.

The staff was very, very good. We had a late check-in and the receptionist called us while still in transit and asked if we wanted the Dining Room to stay open. At our early AM check-out, it was before breakfast was open. They opened early for us for a continental breakfast and then served eggs, sausages, etc. In this era, INCREDIBLE service. We highly recommend the Waterfront!!!

Bathroom Odor

The staff was kind and the service was great, however, the bathroom had a very strong odor of mold/mildew. We changed rooms and the second room (still second floor) smelled the same - to a point where we kept the door shut and used it when/as needed. We travel frequently and have never experienced such a horrible odor. Would not return/recommend as a result.

A beautiful hotel in beautiful surroundings. Although we toured during the day, we enjoyed our evenings and breakfasts. A good spot to base for some explorations of the west side of Donegal.
