« Terrible experience. This is my first public comment over 30 years of travel.
Extremely noisy elevator bell located right in front of the room (which is not mentionned upon booking).
Rambling noise starting a 4:30 am probably due to washing machines.
I do not bother commenting on the rest. A hotel which does not guarantee proper resting should not exist.
Avoid at all cost. »

« Hôtel logé dans une belle maison historique, bien située. Petits-déjeuners plutôt pas mal, mais service inexistant, maintenance déficiente, propreté douteuse. Lit double full size ridiculement petit et inconfortable, largeur 137 cm. Pas de sèche-cheveux. Pas de shampooing ni de gel douche. Chambre mal insonorisée, climatisation non réglable, équipements peu fonctionnels. Une expérience très décevante. »

« The room was very nice and clean! The only issues we had was the ac unit kept blowing cold air no matter if we turned it completely off and turned the temperature down, and the housekeeper coming into the unit while we were asleep on the 2nd day we were there, but other than that everything was perfect! All the sight seeing views were nearby, so we didn’t have to drive far at all. »

« The place is charming with high ceilings and big windows, and we even had a fireplace in the room. I am not sure if it works or if we were allowed to use it. it was summer anyway. However, there was no microwave in the room or the hotel as a whole, and there was no ice machine, the kind of things that you would need at a hotel.
The hotel had a parking lot in the back, which is a great amenity when the hotel is in a kind of a busy area (not to say that anywhere in Clinton, MI is busy!)...

« Everything was just as expected, nice home, everything was clean and comfy! The only thing we had troubles with was getting there as it states its on S. Chapin rd and its E.Chapin rd which is 17 minutes away but no biggie! Thank you we would do it again! »

« Didn't need to use the fire place. This property is all about a million dollar view on a budget! Sunsets were amazing! Private beach on Lake Michigan was clean, no rocky terrain. Swimming was perfect, even at the end of September. Sand was sun heated. You can hear the host family's conversation through the walls, so they probably heard us too. For the price we can overlook that. Toaster, griddle, fridge and coffee, but no real kitchen. Bath is very nice. We plan to be back! »
