« After Checking out I received a phone call informing me that there were stains on the towels and wash cloths that could not be removed and they were going to charge me $55 to replace. This was make up. I have absolutely in all my travels never been charged for using towels and wash cloths as an additional expense. Beware ! »

Had a great laugh, the pillow chocolates must have been there for a while, when we opened them they were grey! This is not a dealbreaker by any means, but it was quite funny. « The information for how to check in was very confusing and we were unable to get in. When we called the number, they gave us the wrong information assuming we were a different customer. Not knowing that at the moment, we received a text from them right away it was written to a different person so I was able to identify the problem for why we could not get in. « We stayed with our 2 young children and dog to go to Roscommon Zoo and have a little getaway. The owners were easily available for questions. The common areas were very comfortable and the outside hangout was really enjoyable. It felt secluded with surrounding woods which was extra relaxing. My 4 year old loved running down the hall and they even left treats for our dog :) »
