Location was in close proximity to downtown traverse city. Only slight issue was the water pressure in the shower which would’ve been nice after a long day of exploring. Host communication was great and was very accommodating. Extremely clean. Couch wasn’t the most comfortable with the arm rests but it’s not the end of the world and the bed was a bit squeaky whenever you moved but other than that it was a wonderful place to stay. Great communication and easy to use tech for entering building and unit. Perfect location. The bed was TERRIBLE - worst bed we've ever slept in. The window blinds had to remain closed the entire time due to the windows opening directly to a construction site. Worse yet, once the construction is finished the windows will look straight at another building a few feet away. The shower mat had stains on it and appeared uncleaned. The building was poorly marked and hard to find. We will NEVER stay at a Kasa property AGAIN! Parking is the issue, there is none provided. Plan on parking the car 1/2 mile away in a city parking garage but there is a lot that is close that allows free parking outside the hours of M-F 7am -4pm.
