Clean and well situated, but...

TL;DRClean and well situated, but too expensive for what it is.Many reviews say only good things about the property and the owner.Here is what I think an honest review. Regarding the "super friendly" owner, well hard to say, the main message I received was a preformated one mainly being a "manual" for the property including 2 access codes for the entry doors (main entrance and condo itself)

Just right

We wanted to explore Miami Beach for a few days and this property allowed us to do just that. It is a simple apartment to meet your basic needs. We enjoyed the small, spartan space in a quiet building and lovely neighborhood.

Great location in midtown

We loved our stay at this property - great studio apartment for the price. There is some road construction, but otherwise a wonderful location!

Miami beach

First. Before planning to have that place for rent owner need to spend a money to remodel especially bathroom. Tiles barely stick with a wall .Rust on bath tub. Not a single small shelve to put anything. Where supposed to be a smoke detector, 2 wires expose from wall( took a picture) Outlet by a sink did not work, there is no a small nightstand with light by a bed( you have to go to the hallway to turn off a light. Silverware very poor only one fork!!!! And going to the end to lock a door huge challenge ( you need to person to do it) The only positive is location It is not fair to charge that amount of money for that standard
