Se puede mejorar

La ubicación es inmejorable, pero había unos problemas, la mitad del colchón de la cama estaba demasiado sumido y ya estaba inservible, no hay cesto de basura en el cuarto, y no hay papel en los baños compartidos, así como jabón para lavarse las manos. Todo lo demás creo que estaba bien en relación a calidad precio, afortunadamente me tocaron personal amable.

Horrible estancia pero ya había pagado

Es un hotel en muy mal estado. Es una habitación no como la foto. No tiene cortinas, solo una almohada, las sábanas y cobijas sumamente sucias al igual que la almohada. Solo es cama, ventilador gigante y un basurero. Tiene Wifi, BAÑOS COMPARTIDOS MIXTOS, hace un calor horrible pues no tiene ventilación. La ubicación es de lo mejor, podrían hacer mejoras pero está en lo mínimo de uso.

Pésimo servicio, por favor no reserven en este lugar, La "mujer" que está en recepción siempre te quiere cobrar de más, muy aparte del precio que tienes en la aplicación, se le pidió al chico que estuvo el día sábado que si podía guardar las maletas ya que mi viaje salía por la tarde, nos dijo que no había problema, llegando por las maletas estaba está Tipa argumentando que tenía que cobrar un cargo por guardar solo las maletas, me he quedado en más de 20 hoteles y jamás me han pedido un solo peso. sin embargó está tipa quería cobrar por todo, refuginadose en el señor "Paco". Las regaderas de 4 solo servían 2, y una era pura agua fría, los baños asquerosos. Serían muy tontos si reservan aquí.

Es un lugar super como y seguro, está todo céntrico, es muy limpios la atención excelente, y por el precio que manejan en Hotels.com, es el mejor el y lo mejor de todo. Reserven no se Arrepentirán.

Reserve una habitación con dos camas, sin embargo cuando llegue solo me dieron una habitación con una sola cama. Pero en recepción me cobraron primero y despues me dieron la habitación.

La ubicación es excelente si quieres salir a caminar a los alrededores del centro de la cdmx, a una calle podrás encontrar la plaza china, a dos bellas artes, todo te queda cerca. Lo malo que tienes que dejar tu identificación para que te den la llave del cuarto, sales y dejas la llave y te regresan la identificación, pero cada vez que salíamos pedimos la identificación, regresábamos y no había nadie quien te atendiera, tenías que esperar de 5 a 10 minutos para que alguien llegara a atender. Es lo único desagradable, le falta más limpieza a los baños y a las regaderas.

Bueno pero descuidado

El servicio es bueno, la ubicación está muy bien y que esta Justo en el centro. Lo malo es que está un tanto descuidado , los colchones ya están en mal estado. Y los baños son compartidos y mixtos, así que deben tener cuidado. A las habitaciones les falta más decoración y a las regaderas les falta estantes para poner cosas.

Good for the price

It was a lot better than I'd expected for £4/night. The room was a decent size and was totally private with a lockable door. The location was great, close to tourist attractions, shops and restaurants and to the subway. There were some issues with the shared facilities though; the toilets aren't gender segregated and the cubicle doors aren't very high. The hotel doesn't provide toilet paper. There aren't many toilets or showers so I imagine that will be a problem once the hotel is back to full capacity after Covid. There aren't any tea or coffee facilities and you have to ask each time you want to use the microwave. The WiFi isn't the best. Sometimes it's fine for hours, sometimes it has a phase of dropping out every minute or so. There is quite a bit of noise and light pollution at night. There's no natural light and the hall light goes on whenever someone moves outside. It makes it difficult to get over jetlag. Overall I was very happy with the value for money. You don't get perfection for £4 in a middle income country and this was way better than the Japanese style capsule I'd envisioned for that price. I would certainly stay again. NB. They want to keep your ID at the front desk throughout your stay.

The receptionist was very accommodating. The bed sheets were full with stains. Bed was uncomfortable. Shared bathroom with the entire floor. I wouldn’t come back.
