"Le personnel était super gentil et serviable. La chambre était petite et propre, la salle de bain était vieillotte, mais propre et fonctionnelle. Bonne pression de l’eau pour la douche. Je conseille des bouchons pour le bruit, même si c ’était calme lors de mon séjour. L’hôtel est très bien situé pratiquement en face de la gare et à 20 minutes du centre-ville. Il y a divers bons restaurants dans les alentours de l’hôtel. Seul petit bémol, mais c’est subject, le matelas et les oreillers sont assez durs."

"Good location close to train station and town center minutes away. Reception staff is friendly and extremely customer service oriented The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel and management exuded a genuine warmth and caring atmosphere. A hotel to consider for our next visit."

"Stayed at Hotel Alerion on several occasions. It seems like there are new owners. I was a little disappointed with the maintenance. The light in the bathroom was so dim that you could not see. After several requests, it was replaced and worked great. The elevator was out of order and from what I heard , it has been like that since November 2025. The room was nice . The staff was very good and helped carry the luggage. They also helped us with directions. Overall, it was a nice stay."
