The good: staff are very friendly and the location is excellent. The ‘meh’: hotel could only issue one key per room. That meant we had to stick together the whole time because you need a key to use the elevator. They eventually gave us an extra key but we had to keep asking. The shower water does not heat enough. The pictures shown on Expedia are deceiving. Take a look at pictures taken by actual guests and watch videos on YouTube.

The hotel was clean and all the staff were very attentive. The hotel is also in close proximity to restaurants and shops.

Other than the pool closed for repair, everything went well. The front desk and all the staff were very helpful, the breakfast was great, and the location was perfect.
