Home was VERY clean and equipped with everything you could need (2 different types of coffee makers etc). Communication with the owners was very quick as well. The location is also great, you are close to an amazing bike trail, beach, pickle ball and basketball courts, ATV trails and a cute downtown that has a fun outdoor bar with live music. There is also a Dollar General and local grocery store. Even though you are only a block from downtown the house is very quiet. The beds were very comfortable and our sons loved the big tv and having the elementary school playground basically in the backyard.
