"Although it was downtown, there wasn't many amenities around the property in terms of restaurants it didn't seem. We attended a concert and because the parkade was also used for concert goers and the hotel is actually located a few floors up, the only real access was via elevator. 2 of the 4 elevators were working after the concert, so it was an absolute train wreck trying to get people up to the parkade and to the hotel. There were so many frustrated and angry people trying to access the elevator. I could not imagine waiting in that line if you were elderly, had a disability or other limitations. Not convenient at all and would most likely not stay here again because of this issue."

"The Graduate is always a fun place to stay with a lobby that welcomes nearby college students with a big fireplace,air hockey, study tables, etc. Unfortunately, although we were there for 3 days, we received no maid service, none. The main thing we wanted was a replenishment of our meagre coffee supplies (instant coffee only in the room, no free coffee in the lobby). The room was large and clean with nice bedding. The decor is fun, but we need more than that to pay premium rates. "

"The rooms were clean however the bed was too soft for my liking. It was difficult to sleep with noise coming from the electrical closet.The bathroom was modern with a nice clean shower. The breakfast was short staffed and the food prepared was okay. The complimentary Starbucks coffee was great. For those that used a lyft, uber or needed a ride the parking was a little congested. But there was parking available in the garage for vehicles owners. The staff was super helpful and very polite and efficient."

"Love the vibe and decor at this hotel. Very cozy and love all the little touches like the ice and refillable water bottle dispenser in the hall. The drawer frig, steamer instead of an iron, live music at night, great restaurant and best of all the location. It is close to everything from football to mlb to the mill district and Guthrie theater. Excellent!"
