The person we rang for checkin told us the cottage had just been done up and that the shower was dripping, and to let them know of any other issues. There were a fair few minor hiccups but these will probably be fixed for future guests. When I put the blinds down the first night, one fell off the wall and sawdust came down off the rest. There was sawdust in the drawer with the plates and glasses. Dripping shower was distracting at night as ensuite is next to bed. There was shampoo but no shower gel and we couldn’t get the hand soap dispenser to work, so we went and bought our own. The wifi keeps dropping out. The bed was comfy and the cottage was very nicely styled, so once these minor annoyances are fixed it will be a great place for a getaway. ##### Guy L. Clean and tidy presentation and description matches the property. Good location, close to shops and beach. Only one issue with the property itself - water would pool in the middle of the bathroom floor and it wouldn't dry out. Don't book through HomeAway. Once you book, you are immediately directed to the Coast & Country Getaways to complete the booking and payment. Just book through Coast & Country Getaways from the beginning and save yourself the $50 service fee from HomeAway.
