Welcome to The Lookout– City & Yarra River Views, a luxurious inner-city sanctuary nestled along the Yarra River in vibrant South Yarra. Perfectly positioned just footsteps from the iconic Chapel Street precinct, this stylish two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment offers the ultimate blend of space, comfort, and spectacular views, including two car spaces.

YOUR HOME
Step inside this beautifully appointed 123sqm home and be greeted by a bright, open plan living and dining space flowing seamlessly to a large undercover balcony. North-facing and bathed in natural light, it showcases panoramic views of Melbourne’s city skyline and the peaceful Yarra River — the ideal spot to relax with a morning coffee or unwind at sunset.

The sleek granite-topped kitchen is fully equipped with a modern electric cooktop, dishwasher, and a coffee machine (BYO pods), while a hidden butler’s pantry doubles as a full laundry with washer and dryer. With brand-new, stylish furnishings throughout, every detail has been thoughtfully curated for a relaxing and functional stay.

Both bedrooms are generously sized and designed for privacy. The master suite includes a king bed, walk-in robe, and a spacious ensuite featuring a separate bath and shower. The second bedroom offers a king bed and built-in robe, with direct access to the main bathroom — effectively providing two en-suites for guest comfort. Floorboards run throughout the home for a clean, modern finish (no carpet), and remote work is easy with a dedicated study desk and chair.

You’ll stay connected with unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi, feel secure with video intercom entry and lift access, and enjoy the convenience of a secure underground car park and storage cage. Heating and cooling are included for year-round comfort.

The location is unbeatable. Walk or cycle the river trail directly outside your door to the Botanic Gardens, MCG, or into the city. Public transport is exceptional with a bus stop out front, nearby tram lines along Toorak Road, and South Yarra and East Richmond train stations just a short walk away. All of Melbourne’s best — world-class dining, shopping, nightlife, parks, and sporting precincts — are at your fingertips.

The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants, so we only rent to mature guests who will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying; loud parties are prohibited.

Keys can be collected from the IGA Local Grocer, Address: 160 Cremorne Street, Cremorne. The store is 1.1 km away (3 min drive or 13 min walk) from the home.
