We found it almost impossible to park our car in the supplied area. A Neighbour was kind enough to swap his parking space with us. We di notice a smell in the rug in the lounge room that smelt like dog urine. It should be cleaned professionally to remove it. We could notice it every time we entered the room, but it would become less noticeable the long you remained in the building. Overall we were very happy with our stay. ##### Chris H. Cleanliness was average, I had to wipe out the bedside drawers before I put clothes in. The apartment was very dark & gloomy & depressing. Feb 1, 2017 #### Convenient Location and Comfortable beds In general this is a nice apartment but without front screen door or fly screens it lacks fresh air and air flow but does have air conditioners. The kitchen cupboards need to be emptied out, everything cleaned properly, decluttered and packed away neatly. Noisy bathroom exhaust fan that is sensor activated by movement in hallway is annoying when trying to sleep. Great park down the road for exercise or running your dog. May 1, 2015 #### Great location and great property We really enjoyed the convenience of being in Brunswick, close proximity to fabulous Sydney rd and Lygon st - food heaven.
