Perfect for families or groups, enjoy luxe comforts like ducted air con, American Oak floors, double glazing, and a secure garage. Walk to cafes, shops, top schools, and the train. A private sanctuary minutes from the best of Bayside living.

There are strict policies against parties and events happening at this location. In order to ensure that our neighbors are not disturbed, we asked our guests to keep the noise down after 10 pm.

\*NO SMOKING\*: Any evidence of smoking would incur a penalty of $500 AUD.  
  
\*PARTIES\*: Please do not make loud noise, as we have close neighbours and any loud noise or parties will result in immediate eviction, and loss of security deposit.  
  
Self-Check In: The way to check in is Self-Check In. Be sure to read the Self-Check In instruction carefully and contact us anytime if you have any problem finding the location. The check in instruction will be sent to you one day before your check in date.  
  
LOSS OF KEYS: Once you checked in the keys and access devices are your responsibility. Charge for loss of key/access devices would be $300 per set. If you get locked out of the property, we would charge $100 for attending the house and unlocking the door (or you can call a local locksmith).  
  
DAMAGE Deposit will be ultilised to compensate any damage or loss happens in the room caused by the guest.  
  
Interaction with Guests:  
You will receive a self-check-in instruction one day before your check-in date. lockcode to collect keys will be sent by 3pm on your check in date.
