Staff, other than Franco, were not knowledgable about the hotel systems or the local area. Every question we had, eg. We booked 2 bathroom but only got 1, which way to the MCG, washing machine is broken, are we able to have a late checkout? Were either answered incorrectly or not communicated to other staff, so not followed up. Franco was correcting others mistakes and providing excellent, knowledgable service.
