You are welcomed by a grand stone entrance with a gently winding tree lined driveway which leads up to the cottage. The cottage is new, modern, clean and features; \- 2 bedrooms with Queen beds in each room, option of adding two single trundle beds to accommodate a total of 6 people \- a fully equipt kitchen with oven, cooktop, rangehood, microwave & dishwasher. Cutlery, crockery, pots and pans. Coffee pod machine, kettle, a range of teas & hot chocolate. \- breakfast provisions include eggs, bacon, yoghurt, cereals, porridge, juice, milk, bread, pancake mix, fruit & baked beans. \- large bathroom with double shower, double vanities and heated towel rail. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash supplied. \- verandahs to front and back overlooking the valley, paddocks, animals and gardens. There is a BBQ on the rear verandah for guests to use. \- large flat screen TV's with Netflix and Wifi included \- gas log fire and air conditioning in Living area and Bed 1 \- plenty of free parking \- all linen, towels slippers and gowns included We are a family friendly property with : \- children's books, games and toys.
