We have a booking lead time 1 day in order to schedule housekeeping & check-in requirements for the following day. For this reason, we cannot always guarantee a check-in time of 3pm for last-minute bookings, especially where there is a departing guest. Priority is given to guests who have booked in advance and need to be checked in.

EARLY CHECK-IN REQUESTS
Looking to start your stay a little earlier? After booking and up to the morning of your arrival, you'll have the option to purchase an early check-in for your nominated time. LONG STAYS
All stays 28+ nights must have at least one mid-stay cleaning service a month at an additional cost. This allows for our team to periodically clean, maintain, and inspect the property. This is non-negotiable.
