All the walls are dirty and marked, the light switch in the main bedroom is behined the bed head. We could not find it until we called the host, the room wasn't ready ontime, we had to wait for it to be cleaned for couple of hours. The tap in the kitchen sink was broken and very loose. We stayed 3 nights and could not use the facilities at all due to there being only 1 induction time of 7pm. This means you cannot use the pool the first day you are there and if you miss the induction because you have other plans you cannot use the pool at all on the second day because the only time is 7pm. NO POOL ACCESS ! NO RECEPTION ! The 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment was quite small, and several issues made our stay less than enjoyable. The locks on the doors didn’t work, the bathroom was not clean, and the blinds were difficult to open. Check-in was a frustrating experience. We followed the instructions provided, but when we went to the Asian grocery store to collect the key, the staff claimed they didn’t know about any apartment or keys. After searching around for another location, we returned to the store, where a different staff member finally confirmed that we could collect the key there. This caused a significant amount of wasted time. One of the main reasons I booked this place was for the pool, which I wanted to use with my child. However, we were told we needed to complete an induction before gaining access to the pool. Unfortunately, we didn’t have enough time to do this, so we couldn’t use any of the amenities. Additionally, there was no parking available on-site, and we had to pay $120 for parking for just two nights. Overall, I was very disappointed with this stay. Based on our experience, I personally would not recommend this apartment to anyone. ##### Verified traveller Stayed 2 nights in Dec 2024 ### 6/10 Okay #### Verified traveller Mar 9, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness #### Not what advertised The apartment is fine, but not what is photographed - the host even said “they had to remove the furniture” - when booking the accommodation, we thought this apartment stood out from the other standard options, so that’s why we paid a little extra, but it wasn’t worth it. We requested to be moved as the apartment was so small and looked nothing like the pictures. We thought it was a scam. We were moved to a bigger apartment with a kitchen island (instead of galley kitchen), however then we didn’t have a dining table. Exchange of keys is through an Asian Grocery store, when we approached them and asked to be moved, they were defensive and denied knowing who the host was….not comforting. Although in the end, ‘the host’ of the apartment was very easy to talk to. Kitchen drawers didn’t close. Cooking utensils useless. Bed sheets were not Egyptian Cotton as advertised - they were scratchy and the label on them said ‘linen’. Parking is an extra cost, and not necessarily available. In one email it said $50 a night, and another email it said $40 a night. Access to gym and pool requires an ‘induction’, which we couldn’t attend, so couldn’t access the facilities - again, something we paid extra for and didn’t get to avail of.
