In stead of trying to sort the problem, she was rude and aragumentive. Needs more training or the sack. Then I was told that the company couldn’t respond to my queries til business hours two days later as their office was unattended on weekends. So my mistake for not realising it was not a hotel setup. Even during my stay, some of the building concierges were unfriendly asking me brusquely if I was in the wrong building.
