You're only a short stroll away from QV, Emporium, Myer, David Jones, Chinatown, Swanston St and more. Great boutique bars, cafes and attractions around the area. Getting Around: Easy. Surrounded by trams, cabs, buses & trains, it makes getting in, out & around the city extremely convenient. If you're not a fan of walking, there is a tram stop at the corner of Queen & La Trobe St, just a 1min walk away from us. Most importantly, all trams within the city grid are FREE. Just look out for the "FREE tram zone" signs. No problems hitching a cab or getting on a bus on A'Beckett or Queen St if you would like to head out of the city. If you plan to take a train, the Melbourne Central railway station is just a 5min walk away from us. If you drive, we have 2 FREE secured parking spots for you. Other Things to Note: Key collection instructions will be sent after booking. Kindly share your estimated arrival time to help us prepare for your check-in. This pad accommodates 6 adults generously but a max of 8 overnight. Any more than 6 adult guests overnight will attract an extra $29 per night, per additional guest. The sleeping arrangement for the 7th and 8th adult would be on a 3-seater sofa bed which folds out to a double. Room was dirty with food on floor and sheets washing in the washing machine. Check in and out is extremely painful, keys have to be collected from a bike rack on the street.
