Great spot right in the heart of Fitzroy. Two solid bedrooms, nice modern kitchen, and steps to everything you could want including restaurants, bars, groceries, Fitzroy Gardens and the city. Really good value for this part of the city.
We enjoyed staying in this lovely home that's walking distance to shops and restaurants. Clean, comfortable, secure, and well-appointed. The lovely outside space added to an all-around excellent experience.
Everything was wonderful. The flat is great; the location is superb; the communication with Katrina was easy and helpful. It was one of the best short-term rentals we've stayed in.
The Fitzgeorge is in a terrific location in a hip neighborhood. Close to bars, restaurants, shops and trams. Kristina was very responsive when we had questions. Beds are comfortable and kitchen is well equipped. Bathroom shower is terrific.

Tip:Gertrude Street at end of road for French restaurant Bistro Sousou and Morning Market for delicious pre cooked and bakery food.Brunswick Street also a 10 min walk for shopping and sunny cafes.
Perfect space for 5 adults with very good amenities. Very comfy beds. Lovely lounge area with lots of sunshine, and a great little courtyard. Excellent location close to everything. Katrina was lovely to deal with and everything ran smoothly. Loved the little touches of milk in the fridge and coffee and Christmas cake left for us. Highly recommend. Thank you for a lovely stay.
Amazing location, so close to everything. Heaps better than motel. Although extra single bed wasnt very good for teenager.
Cobwebs under couch n dog hair all over rug. Would recomend umbrella outside if raining n garden needs clean up. Toliet roll holder down stars needs fixing, and step into house oustide. Also had previous vistors handprints on mirrors. Aircons need a clean, But overall super happy , pantry full of supplies will be back thanks heaps katrina
This place totally exceeded our expectations. The house was clean and tidy, had everything you would need for a 5 night stay, even some breakfast items, which was a bonus.
The host promptly answered any questions we had which is great. It was a self check-in process. We arrived late at night and it was a bit of a challenge to actually find the accomodation as the house numbers are a bit of strange and hard to see at night.
The area, despite being in the middle of busy Fitzroy, was so quiet, an oasis to return to after a busy day exploring all Fitzroy has to offer.
There were great cafes, restaurants, eclectic shops as far as the eye could see, Fitzroy is really incredible.
We would highly recommend this house and am looking to return at some stage - who would stay in the city when you can have this beautiful home to stay in - not us!
Our stay was fantastic. Quiet location, close to many wonderful restuarants, bars, pubs, shopping and trams. Clean, warm, stylish and comfy beds.

Great property, close to vibrant Brunswick St and easy tram ride to town.
We had a fantastic stay, property was easy to get to and a good size for our family of four. Close to Brunswick st with all its shops and cafe's plus close to Smith street also! Easy tram ride into the city (tram stop is very close) and a comfortable warm house. Managers were great, and relaxed. all in all a brilliant stay - we would certainly stay again!
We had a lovely stay at Fitzgeorge.
Clean, airy and light, a pleasure to stay. Our car (Rav4) could not easily swing into the garage due to narrow street and we parked on the local street with the provided permit. Close to supermarkets, restaurants and museum/exhibition buildings. Enjoyed our time at this place.
Love the location - so many good shops and places to eat & all within easy walking distance. The house was smaller than we thought but still met our needs perfectly.
We weren’t expecting the builders to start quite so early but that’s not the fault of the property.
Beds were lovely as was bedding, just a bit disappointed as we’d also requested the sofa bed to be made up and it wasn’t. Sadly the owner was away the same weekend we were (they had informed us of this) so we didn’t get this resolved.
Otherwise everything was lovely - even down to the amazing bread that was left for us! Would recommend this house and owner as was very helpful and informative - so much so one friend is looking to rebook for later this year!
Fabulous location and place for our family adventures in Melbourne. House had all we needed.

Gorgeous property!
Such a wonderful location! Surprised at how quiet it was. The apartment is beautifully equipped with everyone needed for a stay away. Beds so amazingly comfortable. Close to pretty much everywhere and everything. For a chill out afternoon, try the Union Hotel. It's only a block away. Katrina (property owner) was very easy to communicate with and really looks after her guests :-)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this clean, comfortable and modern rental, close to public transport, nightlife and the CBD. Very quiet at night with two car spots available. Can't recommend it highly enough.

Fantastic pad in Fitzroy
Had a wonderful stay in this property. The location is brilliant - close to cafes, bars and restaurants - a very vibrant part of Melbourne. Located down a lane way, it was quiet - this combined with very comfy beds and air conditioned rooms made for great sleep. Decor is simple but on trend - polished concrete floors, leather sofa etc. Nice courtyard for alfresco dining. Although there is only one bathroom, the 2nd toilet makes it great for two couples. The garage only takes a small car but parking is available outside using the voucher provided. An Uber to the city or Etihad stadium costs between $8 and $16. Katrina, who I dealt with, was very flexible and helpful. Will def be back.

Fantastic property
It's comfortable, well equiped and in a great location, I was surprised how quiet it is given its location.
The jasmine flowering in the courtyard was beautiful - although it did make it impossible to use the clothes line (not that I had the slightest intention)
We would stay there again and wholeheartedly recommend it.

I love staying at the fits George it was so cosy and felt a real retreat from the city outside. Lovely and warm and comfortable in the winter. I love d having Gertrude Street and all of the cool cafes just at the end of the road!

Fritzroy area was indeed lovely and we really appreciate Katrina's extremely responsive help, tips and gestures which enhanced our Melbourne experience. It was a timely holiday to unwind and recharge.
